Eligibility
Returns are accepted on unopened, sealed vials within 30 days of delivery. The factory sterility seal must be fully intact.
Opened products
Once the sterility seal has been broken, the product cannot be returned. This applies to all vials, regardless of remaining volume.
Damaged shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged or with broken vials, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents for replacement.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt and inspection.
